In un elegante palazzo del 1800, nasce alla
fine del 2017 con la ristrutturazione di un vecchio magazzino di addobbi, e la trasformazione in una abitazione che offre due tipi di alloggi. Il grande Loft, monolocale che può alloggiare sino a 7 persone in gruppo familiare o gruppo di amici e
il Mini Loft che può alloggiare sino a tre persone.
A 20 metri, inoltre offriamo un appartamento completamente ristrutturato in stile classico che può alloggiare sino a 7 persone, composto di tre camere separate ognuna con bagno privato, affittabile separatamente o come un intero alloggio.

“Gorgeous craftsman home, renovated with all amenities and also respect of the architectural style. It was such a treat to stay at Il Capocci! Of our 2 weeks in Italy, moving every couple of days, it was our most pleasant home away from home! The mini-apartment was renovated to provide every comfort, while fully respecting the period architectural and design character. The craftsmanship, woodwork and stone work is brilliant and gorgeous.
As you look around, every feature is intelligently thought out and graciously executed. While small as many places in the historical center, all is so well put together with great flow, privacy, storage and all functions, that we could enjoy it for weeks at a time. Super clean too!”
